Can anyone provide us with a recipie for jalepeno shrimp poppers. We had them at the Radisson Hotel in Nassau.

This isn't what you are looking for but it might give you a thought to consider. I take a hush-puppy recipe and make it thicker then normal. Then I add in shrimp and jalapeno peppers. Then I just deep fry them the same as I would my hush-puppies. If you need a hush-puppy recipe let me know. Can anyone provide us with a recipie for jalepeno shrimp poppers.
