Yes, you can walk from the airport but that boulevard is very very very busy!!!! Your best bet is to get to the baggage claim and call them for a shuttle.
The area you want is very congested because all the traffic going into the LAX area passes by the Radisson. If you are there for a conference and must stay near the airport then stay there. If not try somewhere outside the LAX area, heading south toward the beach community.
U can actually walk to the hotel. very near
